Be a Leader

Be A Leader

I have worked with more than 8 organisations and tried to be a leader by knowledge transfers, trainings, delegation of responsibility and authority to my team members. In real sense I was able to achieve the same and developed many leaders in their respective sections and departments. I am happy to see them working successfully as a manager. But I feel pain when I see them not practicing how they were developed them as a leader. They fear to develop their subordinates of being over took by the subordinates if develop them. Upto some extend it is true also in current scenario. When a leader develops leaders in his department and they start performing independently, top management start feeling the obsolescence of the main original leader rather then assigning more of responsibility. They are the gem and can spread the same in the entire organisations. The chain shouldn’t break. Top management should identify leaders in the system and use them for the benefit of the organisation. Organisations grow due to leaders and not manager. Be a leader and develop your clone.

Tips to be a great Leader –

  1. Gain the knowledge of your work. You should be know all about your tasks.
  2. Identify the people who can learn and implement.
  3. Train them stage-wise. Never over deliver, it may vomit out.
  4. Monitor the progress.
  5. Help them to implement.
  6. Once he is able to implement successfully, delegate the task.
  7. Take regular feedback.
  8. Plan for further upgradation of self and team.
  9. Appreciate in front of other.
  10. Repremend if needed in closed chamber for motivation and encouragement and not for punishment.

Thought for the day

01st august 17

Everyone of us want peace, health, prosperity, success in our life. But do we analyse what we are doing in our life on daily basis or do we plan our day to achieve what we want. Ok, analyse now what you want today and write down those points. Against each point write down what you are going to do do to achieve those points sincerely and start your day. Read these points at least 4 times a day. If you seriously follows this process, you will feel like a winner at the end of the day. Do update at the end of the day your feelings. Good day and नमस्कार….😊

02nd August 17

Swamiji has advices in very simple words. Realising that you are not body, the senses, mind or brain but you are above all these, is very difficult task and realised by rear humans. But when you half close you eyes, start looking inside, stopping all outside communications, focus of self, the real self, concentration on inhale exhale only, you will start realising the real you, “The Power”, which is a sub part of the supreme power, can do any damn task…recover yourself and start doing positive and good things in your life. Be a benefactor…..you will achieve the ultimate goal. Good day and नमस्कार….

03st August 17

Today’s time is very dynamic and very fast. Everyone is in hurry and wants things to happen in seconds. Every activity/task has it’s minimum time frame, which need to be evaluated and determined. As a leader you need to understand the same. Have a list of Todo list with set priority. Do all, but one by one. Never start more tasks simultaneously, these will confuse you and end of the day none will be completed, you will feel frustrated and drained. Pick one by one and try to delegate some to others who can do for you. Give cooperation, cooperation will be given back. Good day friend and नमस्कार….

Thought For the Day – June

When we were born, our mind was like a glass full of clear and pure water. But as we grow older, we keep on adding pure and dirty water. So the quality of overflowing water depends on the water in the glass. If water is pure, overflow is pure, but if water is dirty, overflown water will also be thirty. To keep the water clean in the glass, we need to put some pure water in the glass regularly. Slowly and eventually we will be having a glass full of pure water and the out flow will also be pure and clean. Same thing happen with our thoughts also. So if you want to have good thoughts with you, keep reading good books, meet positive people, have a positive attitude, you will find one day you are left with only good and positive thoughts. Think it over and act now to have full glass of pure and clean water. Good day and नमस्कार।

11062017Everybody in this world passes through good and bad time. No one is spared of it. Bad time is a lesson taught to us of our mistakes we did in past, so that we can improve our way of thinking and amending our style of working. And good time is always an appreciation for us for our good work. Actually bad time makes us alone and we gets time to introspect, whereas in good time we are surrounded by people and spare less time for introspection and evaluation. Therefore in good time also keep yourself stable and keep improving to sustain it for a longer period. Good day friends and have happy Sunday….नमस्कार…

Changes are inevitable

3 state of water

More than 70%  of our earth is occupied by the water. Our body also is constituted of 60%-70% of water. Chemically water is H2O, a combination of 2 molecules of Hydrogen and one molecule of Oxygen. Water exists in three states – Solid, Liquid and Gaseous under special  environmental conditions, retaining it’s innate values. It remains as H2O only.

Water undergoes the following 4 processes and quickly adopt accordingly –

  • Melting – Ice to Liquid
  • Evaporation – Liquid to Gas
  • Condensation – Gas to Liquid
  • Freezing – Liquid to Solid

Water undergoes the following 4 processes and quickly adopt accordingly –

  • Melting – Solid (Ice) to Liquid
  • Evaporation – Liquid to Gas
  • Condensation – Gas to Liquid
  • Freezing – Liquid to Solid

For melting, a high temperature is required to break the bonds between the particles. Solid converts into liquid and if the heat persists further the particles converts into molecules and if the heat still persists molecules change to elements and further elements to Atoms. The reverse also follows the same path in reverse direction.

According to the environment conditions H2O takes its forms. It doesn’t resist also. The conditions change it. In each state, it has particular characteristics.

In solid state as ice, it is rigid, fixed in shape and have fixed volume. It can’t be compressed.

In liquidate state it is not rigid. It has no fixed shape.  The most adoptable condition and more powerful stage. You can easily mix it in any other liquid, it merges into it. You can store it in any shape and size of container, it takes its form. But it can’t be compressed. It is one of most powerful stage of water. As a river, it nourishes all the living beings on the earth. On the other hand it is the cause of major destructions, apart from fire. In this state it is most useful in controlled behaviour and destructive in un-controlled environment.

In gaseous state, it is invisible and most flexible. Molecules in gaseous state have lot of intermolecular space, due to which under pressure, it can be compressed.  It doesn’t have any fixed shape or volume.

There is lot of learning from the behaviour of water under the different environmental changes. So in our life also we need to understand in which state or form, the conditions are suitable. We need to change ourselves and act accordingly.

In cold situation, people are in comfort zone. People enjoy their fixed identity and space/volume. Whatever they have been doing is a bible for them. When the system is set, this state may be useful. Directing and dictating symptoms are found in this state. People are rigid to change. But as soon as some heat is induced into the environment, they start receiving it and start absorbing the heat and start melting and reacting. Till they don’t lose their cool, they are slow to accept and adapt the change. As soon as they loose their cool and are demanded to come out of their comfort zone, they start moving fast and vigorously. Under controlled conditions they are result giving, system obeying, takes the shape of the system in which they work. But if the external forces are beyond the limits and start questioning the way they have been doing the task, they may be in denial and demotivation mode. When heat is increased more and lot of agitation in the environment, some people change their state from solid to liquid and liquid to gases state. Gaseous state is very light and move out of the heated and agitated environment and look for the sublimating environment.

Changes are inevitable in our life. Why Changes are important in our life? It is beautiful question. Change is a natural process. Every moment we and all other living beings are changing. Since our birth, we have seen huge number of changes in our life. Few are listed as under and we have successfully adopted them  –

  • As soon as out of womb of our mother, we see this wonderful world and adopt the outer environment with ease.
  • Changing situation of non-movability to movability by start learning crawling.
  • From crawling to standing firmly,
  • From Standing to walking and running,
  • Learnt cycling
  • Learnt the first book of the life. Passed first educational Class.
  • Passed Matric Standard
  • Passed Graduate Degree
  • Achieving the first Job
  • Marrying a stranger
  • Having kids…..so on

These were related to personal / social levels. We have been adopting the most of the times soon or latter. We pay for the successes and failure of adoption and denial of making changes in our life.

Organisation Level Personal Change

In case of organisation and institute level, if the external agency and people want us to bring change, the story is slightly different and difficult. Everyone living on this earth resist the change but the natural process doesn’t stop. It keeps on happening and changes in our life is inevitable. We resist in the beginning, but when the change doesn’t change and it forces us to accept, first we try to understand it. According to John Fisher’s model of the process of personal change, when any person is sought a change, he/she follows a cycle in successful implementation of the change.

Following step are involved in this cycle showing all emotion and practical aspects of change management in an organisation / employees –

  1. Anxiety – There in enthusiasm in the beginning, when a change is sought. But along-with it there is anxiety in the mind of the people, whether they would be able to cope up the change or not.
  2. Happiness – In the beginning normally the changes are discussed among all and their views are also taken to make them convinced and supportive in the change. By this process people feel involved and their views are recognised and shared. Some consideration of the old systems bring a confidence in the people and possibility of acceptance of the change become more viable. But the fear and the risk is if the sought change is far different from the present system of working. This brings unrest in the people. This happiness phase is short lived, but a kick start happens.
  3. Fear – People will need to act in a different manner to bring the change and this have an impact on both their self-perception and on how others externally sees them. However, in the main, they see little change in their normal interactions and believe they will be operating in much the same way, merely choosing a more appropriate, but new action. Fear is one of the cause of resistance to the Change.
  4. Threat – Once the changing process start with new concepts, people start realising how the changes are going to change their working, environment and job. People release that the old system of working will now, will not do, they have to learn new procedures and processes. This bring threat in their mind and unrest is induced, creating a threatening situation. Threat is the second emotion, which may resist change.
  5. Guilt – The change happens at a very fast speed and people find themselves obsolete. They start feeling guilty that whatever they have been doing was wrong. Their personal values are on the stake. Even they start feeling that whatever they have been doing for so many year was a waste of time and efforts. This bring a guilt in the people, which is deadly and may strike on the moral values of the people.
  6. Depression – Once people start realising the guilt, depression in their emotions deteriorate the situation further. This make them feel un-uselessness of themselves and depression clenches them. They are left unclear of their future in the changing systems. They have no clarity of how to operate. At this stage changing agents has to play an important role. Lot of clarity, training, responsibility and authorities has to delegate with all precautions and safety.
  7. Gradual acceptance – Once there is clarity of tasks, roles are defined and active involvement and engagement is cultivated into the system, the emotions starts moving in right direction and people start acceptance of the change and involve themselves in making the changes happened. By this time results starts coming, creating confidence in the mind of the people and motive the people accept the change and get involved.
  8. Moving forward – At this stage the people have the clarity of the tasks, more control over people and processes, things start moving in positive sense, people build confidence and belief in the system.
  9. Disillusion – This stage is after the depression. The person’s self-image, values and way of working doesn’t match with the change needed. The people start thinking the change is not for him/her and stop working mentally and physical and end-up resigning and moving out of the system. People found themselves dis-illusion with the change and change agents.
  10. Hostility – The people at this stage keep on working the old way and are not part of the new system. They are treated as surplus to new way of working and the new system.
  11. Denial – This is stage is called “Head in Sand”. The people totally rejects the system and pretend that the changes are not meant for them. Actually, the people reaches at this stage when the change agents doesn’t care for them and doesn’t induce the clarity of tasks and directions. So the people also behave in the same way.
  12. Anger – This is stage exists with threat, guilt and depression.
  13. Complacency – Once the changes are implemented and new systems are in place, there are people who works in their comfort zone and assuming there will be no new changes. This stage occurs before the change is not introduced and when the change is completely implemented.

In nut shell, whenever there are new changes being implemented or planned to, following steps need to be taken care and done on time –

  • Proposed objective of the change should be shared with all the employees in face rather than through emails and letter.
  • Declaring people obsolete to the systems is a biggest fault any change management agents do. A detail work study should be done and the peoples should be appreciated what they have been doing so far and discuss the objective and allow them to share their way of achieve the same. Once the process and objective are synchronized the employees gain confidence in what they were doing and what they will do to achieve the new goals.
  • If there is fault in the way they were working, need to be discussed and training work-shops to be conducted to make the old employees comfortable with the new way of working.
  • No ignorance – Once the employees are left to go under anxiety, fear, demotivation, threat and guilt, it is very difficult to regain their emotions and motivation. Every precaution should be kept to avoid this situation.
  • The new process and tasks should be clearly defined and explained to the employees so that there is clarity of the changes and employees are clear about their role in the process change.

The speed of transition depends on the people’s individual’s self-perception, control on the processes, past experience of handling changes and how all these are going to effect the future process and the final results due the induced change in the system.

According to many psychologists and management gurus, every person goes through different stages before bringing changing in him/her. Dawn Stanley, a UK-based personal change therapist and counsellor/counselor devised the RISE model, which describes and help a sequential methodology of bring change into people. There are four steps involved in this in concept.

  • Realisation – This is first step towards accepting and bring change. At this stage, we need to understand that we have to change.
  • Investigation – At this stage we understand and develop clarity of What to Change, why to change and How to Change.
  • Substitution – Unlearning what you know is the primary requirement to learn any concept. Therefore, we need to unlearn what we need and understand and bring the change, which is required.
  • Embedding – Bring the transformation change at unconscious level is fixing the change in our habit and that is what is required to be inculcated.

Just remember how we learnt cycling. We saw children cycling and enjoying the ride. The need to get that happiness and riding the cycle brings the enthusiasm in us to learn the cycle. This is beginning of change we want to happen in us. This is the realisation stage. Once it is generated, we start finding the answer, how to learn, why to learn. We asked other children how they learn it and watch them riding the bicycle. This is Investigation stage. After this we start learning the way we observe people doing. But this never helped us. Reality comes when the bicycle was in our hands. Now we were on practical platform and learn the cycle by repeated attempts despite of various falls and injuries. Once we were through, we practice it day in and day out and one day we were able ride bicycle as other children we doing. By repeated and regular practice we embedded this skill in our subconscious mind and there after no instructions were needed how to ride a bicycle, it is automatically taken care by our unconscious mind. This is how changes happens in our life. And this is the way how we learn new things and can induce change in other. This was the change which we want in ourselves.

When the Going Gets Tough….

Everyday we all face various situations, various persons, and various conditions of life. Some of the situations are very pleasant and keep us cool and keep going. But there are some situations which are very difficult to face and sometimes they break us, demotivate us, suck our energy. There are persons who are very good and cooperative, their association ship solve even a bigger problem in no time, as if that was not a problem. But there are persons with who even a small task become a mountain. They become bottleneck and reason for our demotivation and failures. These are part of life. Difficult Situations and tough persons  test our acumen, patience and power to fight negativity.

Life gives us both thing Happiness and Sorrow, Healing and pain, Good and Bad, positive and negative. It is our choice and attitude how we take them. Happiness, Healing, Good and positive are always welcome, but sorrow, pain, bad and negative situation are  unwelcome by us. In good times we have help from life, similarly in bad situations also life give us help to solve in one way or the other. Help is always there, it is only matter of recognition and acceptance.

Here are some tips how to handle the bad situations in life.

  1. Keep and ignore the Bad Part – There are many situations and pains for  which we don’t have any solution, but we also don’t want that pain to affect our life. Therefore we should ignore it for time being, and keep going, fsamp1inding better options in life. Time will come when this pain will get cured easily and in no time. Every situation or problem has its life cycle. In the beginning it will start disturbing us and in peak it will try to break us. If we are undeterred, it will start dying and vanish after some time automatically. Ignorance is bliss. Basically we divert our attention from the pain and able to concentrate on our daily routine task.  It will die its own, when time come. Therefore detach from it and keep going.
  2. Some things can’t be controlled – There is a quotation said by unknown person – “Why worry about things you can’t control when you can keep yourself busy controlling the things that depend on you?”~Unknown”.  In rainy season some times we stuck up at home itself and unable to move for office. samp2        We start cursing the rain, which is not in our control. We spoil our mood and others also. We get pain and negativity rather. I have tested that when situation is not under control start diverting your strength /attention towards what you can do if can’t overcome the situation. Best solution is to do what you have in hand. Keep yourself busy in some other activity which will benefit you and overcome to face the bad situation. With passing of time either you will get control of the situation or the situation will pass itself. But yes you will be in better situation rather than fight with the awkward situation. Keep going is only the Mantra.
  3. Have patience, understand and learn from failures – Sometimes we are in a situation where we take samp3wrong decisions in our life and get demotivated and unable to think to go ahead and face the new challenges of the life which are in front of us. By the negative fruit of the failures we get dishearten. We tool  down and keep remembering the failure. The solution is with the failure itself. Understand the failure. Why we failed? What are steps which push us to fail? Where we when wrong and what went wrong? By asking these questions, we get the reasons and solutions which we could have done to prevent failures. When we learn from the failures, we understand our shortcomings and by knowing these, we become more strong and equipped to face the same situation again and we win, because we have already learned how to face and overcome the situation. Therefore understanding and learning from situations/failures is the basic rule to upgrade knowledge and progress in life.
  4. Ups and down are part of life, better understand – Life is full of ups and downs. No person in this world is spared by the life’s oscillations. With Birth come death, with happiness comes Pain, etc., All these are complimentary to each other. If we have on Happiness in our life then the meaning of happiness will vanish and if there is all pain in our life, the meaning of pain will also vanish. Therefore don’t worry in life , ups and downs are part of life and they infect boost our immunity system.According to a fable of Akbar and Birbal, Akbar drew a line on a wall and asked to all subjects to make this line shorter without touching or removing any portion of this line. All people thought at every angle, but did not get any clue how to make it shorter without touching it. Birbal was a witty minister; he was well-known for his presence of mind and providing the solution of the complex problems. At last, Birbal took this challenge to make the line shorter without touching or removing any part of the line. Everyone was surprised how Birbal would do that. Birbal took a chalk and drew a bigger line parallel to the existing line. In comparison to the bigger line, the existing line was looking short. Birbal  did it, without touching or harming the existing line.Larger line is called larger only if there is another smaller line and a smaller line exists until there is no other larger line. Therefore Ups and Downs are relatives’ terms and should be understood and keep going ahead despite of ups and downs. Life is full of oscillations, ups and down are inevitable.
  5. Keep going, the world is not going to wait for you – To Keep going is only the way of life. Life means samp4keep going, once you stop it is end of the life and death is accomplished. We all are competing with each other’s. As long as we are useful and helpful for other they will be with us. But as soon as we are unable to help or unable to move along, nobody will wait for us. They will leave us alone and move forward. This is practical aspect of life. Therefore always keep moving and because no one will wait for you. The only one person can move along with you is only you. Keep yourself healthy and positive and keep moving without get affected by the negatives of the life. The person who wants you will come along and who have other way to go will take their own course.

6. Change is only constant – The day we born, we are put into the cycle of change. Physically   our body changes from baby to boy, boy to young man,  young man to Man and Man to an old man. This is how   human life cycle is. When we were young, we were having curiosity how we will be when we will grow up as man. When we are in our middle (around 45-40) , we start feeling now the life should stop and we should be young forever. Which is not possible? Change is inevitable and it has to occur. Without change nothing is possible. Change is life and life is change. Therefore don’t get afraid of changes.Changes are always for good and betterment only. But we human are always Resist change. This is due to fear and insecurity. It is not that we can’t cope-up with the changes, it is because we are afraid of the unknown effect (good/bad) due to that change. It is all mind set. If we think change is for good, believe me it will be good for us and we asamp5ssume that the change is going to hurt us, it is also true it is going to hurt us in one form or other. Therefore accept that changes are always necessary for going ahead in our life and scavenging the old dirt from our life. Change always bring newness, zeal, learning, maturity, escaping from old junk, etc.,  in our life. Accept the change, enjoy the change and explore the change, it is going to benefit us.

Seeding the Culture

Seeding the Culture

There was a farmer who was given the best farmer award for many years in his area. A Journalist approached him and congratulated him for the continuous performance and recognition. He asked him the secret behind his performance and efficiency. The farmer answered quickly, “I distribute the seeds of maize to all my nimages (3)eighbor farmers free of cost, due to which my results are best”. The journalist was astonished and excited to know. He asked him, “But it costs you more, by giving the seeds free to others”. The farmer replied back, “No”. Again the journalist excited to know how. The farmer continues to say “Not at all. Rather it makes my farming more productive and I get the quality products”. Now the journalist can’t resist waiting to know the secret.  Farmer continued, “When I gave the seeds free to others, they also sow the same quality and breed of the seeds, which I have been sowing. So at the fertilization time, the pollen grains from the neighbor fields will be of the same quality which I am sowing in my fields. If they sow inferior quality, then those inferior pollen grains will fertilize fruits of my plants giving me low quality and yield. If I want to get good results then I have to take care of my surroundings”.

It is not we along who are responsible for the results we are getting from activities we are performing, but the associated people who are attached and part of the activity are also contributing good or bad to the results. Do we take care of all the people in our circle of influences? is a big question.

The performance of every individual depends on the following three parameters –

  • Knowledge – Knowing what to do,
  • Skills – Knowing How to Know,
  • Attitude and Behavior – Actually doing.

We can say “KSAB”. Knowledge is the primary requirement for knowing about any task. Skills are the expertise to do the tasks. Attitude and Behavior contributes to the Willingness to do the tasks. We divide these four parameters into two categories –

  • Capability – is once a demonstration of knowledge and skills to do a task.
  • Willingness – is if the person has positive attitude, confidence, motivation and commitment to do that task.

In our professional life as a team leader we need to study these two parameters amongst our team members and associated persons. Based on this, we can further divide the team members into four different categories –

  1. Willingness & Capabilitywill-ability
  2. Willingness, but No-Capability
  3. No Willingness, but Capability
  4. No Willingness & No-Capability

Each category of the team members will behave differently according to their knowledge, skill, attitude and behavior. In turn every team member needs a different treatment by the leader. Normally managers handle all the team members with the same methods/techniques. Handling the team members requires a lot of observation and understanding.

So, as defined above, there are four types of people in a team based on capabilities and skills. How they behavior actually needs to be understood first. The four type of people are represented into four Quadrants, as shown in the above picture. We need to take care of the left half and the Bottom Half

a) Not Willing and Not Capable – These type of people are the most critical people anwill-ability1d effect the performance of the team at all the stages. They are burden on the team. Since neither they are willing nor are capable, therefore they can’t delegate nor asked to be accountable for any of the tasks. All the three- Knowledge, Skill and attitude are missing. Lot of coaching, support, motivation and high direction is required to get tasks done by the people falling in this category. If they are unable to learn and get motivated, the ultimate solution is to find a substitute for them.

b) Willing but Not Capable – they have attitude to do, but  duwill-ability2e to lack of knowledge and skills they are unable to perform. Learning is the main solution. Find the suitable tasks in which they are good at and can contribute to the team. Candidate in this category need direction. They   should be associated with a senior person who can teach them and direct them to do the tasks. Their Goals may  be set, checked periodically and guidance is required. This category of candidates, once capable will be an asset  for the team.

c) Capable but not willing – They are capable of doing the tasks, have knowill-ability3wledge and skills, but they lack attitude      towards doing the tasks. They are normally experienced candidates and lack confidence or motivation. They should be discussed 1:1 and special attention should be taken, otherwise he/she may create problems in the performance of the team members. They should be given all support to do his/her work. Their goals should be set and closely watched or monitored. Even after support, the attitude doesn’t change when asked about their choice of task. Even if they are not performing in their own choice may be get rid of them.

d) Capable and Willing – These candidates are choice of the leaders. Least intervention, support or direction is and should be done. Tasks may be delegated to them and they will-ability5will get them done. Their goals should be set and they will get the
m done. They know their Job and have confidence to do the same.

In nut shell, the three ingredients are necessary in every candidate of the team to be successful in achievement of goals. Every leader needs to inculcate Knowledge, Skills and attitude in every team members to move all of them towards Q4.

This concept is applicable in every sphere of life, in personal, social and professional. For example in personal life parents can use it. Should the child falls in Q1, extra care is taken to help him in his education, regularly visit his/her school and college? Monitor progress closely and take immediate action if not performing well. Low motivation is due to bad habits, bad company at school and introvert nature. So to uplift his/her motivation give more quality time, take care of his/her habits, inculcate good habits, watch his company in school or college.

Similarly, if the child falls in Q2, the child is intelligent and knows everything but not willing to perform or not performing. This means his motivation is very low, either he/she needs attention or his/her attention is deviated from education to somewhere else. Be friendly, give quality time and find out his/her problems and solve them. Be supportive, motive him/her and help to be focused on the study.

If the child falls in Q3, it means he wants to learn, but unable to understand or learn. This is a will-ability6clear indication that the method / tools used to learn are not good enough to learn. To enhance his knowledge check the level or attention of school towards education. Meet the teachers and share the status and problems of the child. If needed extra tuitions may be arranged for the child. Create a learning environment at home. This will help.

The child is in Q4 then he/she is extra ordinary. Help him/her to set high goals and provide all the support to him/her to achieve the goals. These children set their own goals, prepare themselves and achieve.

Therefore to have a successful team, happy and prospective family, a supportive society, one has to identify the personality and deal, handle and support accordingly for achieving collective goals.

Happy Republic Day

“वन्दे मातरम्

Doubt is the biggest enemy of ours. We should clear all doubts from our mind that we are weak, we can’t do, we are not capable. Why these doubts? Connect to the powerful father, feel the father, his powers will merge in you. Feel those powers and clear all doubts. You are a power house, a server, a doer without any attachment with the fruits, bcoz fruits are the biggest obstacle in the path of success, happiness and peace. Come out , stand-up, clear all doubts and focus on what you are and what you want to do….day is yours….have a great power pack day….💐👍🏾

Happy New Year
